Francis’ extensive background in healthcare and business management positions her uniquely to drive the organization’s growth and enhance its mission of providing exceptional, dependable, and compassionate care to individuals seeking to maintain independent living.

Francis’ extensive career began in the healthcare setting where she worked for over 17 years as a post-anesthesia care unit nurse, followed by a successful tenure as the director of a surgical center. Her career then took a pivotal turn when she transitioned into the corporate world, where she led one of the largest sales teams for a top retail company based in Dallas, Texas. Francis’ passion for serving others brought her back to the healthcare industry, particularly focusing on senior living. Her dedication to seniors and their families has been evident in her impactful work, and she is now excited to leverage her diverse experience in her new role as Executive Vice President of Business Development.
