Subaru of Indiana Automotive (SIA) is announced that Nobuyuki Bando has been appointed Chairman and CEO, succeeding Ryota Fukumizu, President and CEO, who is returning to Japan to serve as Chief General Manager of Monozukuri (Manufacturing) Division.

Bando has served Subaru Corp. in various leadership roles within the Quality, Production Control and Manufacturing Divisions.
