Continuing its commitment to empower the next generation of accounting professionals, CLH, CPAs & Consultants is pleased to announce firm manager Allison Raymond has passed her certified public accountancy exam and is now a licensed CPA in the State of Indiana.
As a company, CLH is actively focused on training and supporting accounting talent. Raymond’s recent accomplishments are a great example of this effort. Her time with CLH initially began as an office intern in 2014. From there, she became a tax intern a year later and then officially became a member of the professional accounting staff in 2016. While working at CLH, Raymond graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Indiana University (Bloomington) Kelley School of Business in 2016 and gradually advanced in her career from Staff Accountant to her current role as Manager.
“To become a CPA, an individual needs support, encouragement, and experienced mentors. All of the senior members of our firm are passionate about providing every opportunity for young accounting talent to grow, and we’re exceptionally proud of everything that Allison has achieved. She is already a leader and it will be great to see her career continue to flourish,” said Tony Gillisse, CPA, and Partner at CLH.
“Earning my CPA license is an important milestone for me. It took a lot of time and hard work to reach this point, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the support of everyone at my company, CLH. I’m excited to serve our clients as a CPA and look forward to everything that comes next!” Raymond said.
At CLH, Allison primarily focuses on developing her talents in audit & attestation, tax, payroll services and reporting, and bookkeeping. Raymond contributes to the local community by serving as a board member of Dunebrook, a child advocacy organization. She is also a member of the Indiana CPA Society and was accepted into a two-year term in the Indiana CPA Society Young Pros Leadership Academy (YPLA).
