Local real estate development firm Litz & Eaton Development Company announces the final two of four major developments the company is bringing to downtown Indianapolis in 2018: The Portofino and Fall Creek Townhomes.
Located on the corner of Delaware Street and Fall Creek Parkway Drive S., Fall Creek Townhomes, a five-unit townhouse development, offers residents the opportunity to customize over 2,100 square feet of living space, including a private two-car garage, and the option for up to four bedrooms. These townhomes will feature open floorplans and tall ceilings, as well as functional interior spaces and luxury finishes. Starting at $499,900, each dwelling will also include a rooftop terrace with a skyline view of downtown Indianapolis.
The second development, The Portofino, will feature five urban single-family homes and is located in the highly sought-after neighborhood of Fletcher Place near Warsaw and East Streets. Residents will be within walking distance from many of Indianapolis’ popular destinations, including Lucas Oil Stadium, Bankers Life Fieldhouse and Fountain Square, as well as companies like Eli Lilly, Anthem and Farm Bureau. Starting at $799,900, each residence will feature unobstructed skyline views from a private rooftop terrace, up to four bedrooms, an attached garage and allow owners to customize the look and feel in any style from traditional to modern.
“At Litz & Eaton, we aim to provide elegant, urban living made easy for Indianapolis residents,” said Managing Principal of Litz & Eaton Development Company Brad Litz. “The continued growth of our company in Indianapolis allows us to provide opportunities to customize residences in neighborhoods with high demand and limited opportunities.”
Reservations are now being accepted for both developments during the construction process. Each unit will be completely customizable, including the internal layout, numbers of bedrooms, finishes and more. Both developments are set to break ground in August and will include an infinity wall system from their proprietary brand of windows and doors, which is another upcoming partnership between Brad Litz and John Eaton they intend to launch in late 2018.
“Our infinity wall system creates a unique, seamless indoor/outdoor living space,” said Litz.
In addition to the two new developments in Fall Creek and Fletcher Place, Litz & Eaton Development Company also recently broke ground on Penn Row, a two-building row home development in the Herron Morton neighborhood of Indianapolis. The company also has plans to break ground on Liberty Place at Lockerbie Square, a gated community comprised of five buildings, including six duplex urban mansions, four connected townhomes and two industrial lofts, each with the high-quality aesthetic that is present in all of Litz & Eaton Development Company’s residences.
