Methodist Hospitals is pleased to announce the addition of three new physicians to their Methodist Physician Group Network.
Dr. Pouya Alijanipour’s is an orthopedic spine surgeon. His areas of expertise include degenerative cervical disease and lumber disorders, thoracic spine disorders, adult spine surgery, pediatric spinal deformity, minimally invasive spinal procedures, and spinal trauma, and tumors. He received his resident/fellow award from Eastern Orthopedic Association, received the Sigma Xi Research Award from Jefferson School of Medicine, and a scholarship from the Spanish Society of Orthopedic Surgery.
Dr. Mustafa Nakawa is a board-certified physician in family medicine. His areas of expertise include preventive and wellness care, mental wellbeing, chronic disease management, women’s health and office-based procedures.
Dr. Anekal Sreeram is board-certified in Otolaryngology (ENT) and is former co-chief of surgery at Methodist Hospitals. His areas of expertise include upper endoscopy, head and neck cancers, ear and hearing issues, otolaryngology allergies and nasal and sinus disease.
