STAR Financial Bank Promotes Nick Adams to Marketing Operations Manager

STAR Financial Bank announced the promotion of Nick Adams to Operations Manager within its Marketing Team.

In his new role, Adams will continue to partner with STAR’s retail, commercial, and wealth lines of business to translate objectives into targeted, compliant, and data-driven marketing campaigns. He plays a central role in executing the bank’s Integrated Marketing Plan (IMP), aligning campaign strategies with broader organizational goals, and ensuring effective delivery across all communication channels.

Beyond campaign execution, Adams co-manages the department’s marketing budget by tracking expenditures, forecasting needs, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure optimal resource allocation. He also oversees traffic control, managing the intake and prioritization of marketing requests to maintain efficient project flow from concept to completion. Additionally, Adams serves as the primary point of contact for STAR’s partnership with Ferguson Advertising, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of agency-led campaigns.
