STAR Financial Bank announced the promotion of Maureen “Mo” Glunt to Director of Treasury Management Sales, recognizing her leadership and continued contributions to STAR’s Commercial Banking team.
In her new role, Glunt will focus on Treasury Management sales leadership and strategy, team development, and the continued evolution of STAR’s Treasury Management roadmap. She will help ensure the bank’s solutions continue to meet the changing needs of its clients while guiding and developing STAR’s team of Treasury bankers.
“Mo has consistently demonstrated her ability to lead, build strong relationships and deliver for our clients,” said Jim Cook, President, Commercial Banking at STAR Financial Bank. “She has excelled while balancing responsibility for her own clients with leadership of our Treasury team. This promotion gives her the opportunity to focus more fully on developing our team, advancing our sales strategy and ensuring our Treasury Management solutions continue to meet the needs of the clients we serve.”
Since June 2024, Glunt has served in a dual role, managing a portfolio of clients while also leading a team of four Treasury bankers. Her success in both areas has demonstrated her ability to balance client relationships with broader team leadership and strategic priorities.
Glunt brings 17 years of banking experience to her new role and will celebrate her 10th anniversary with STAR in November. Throughout her tenure, she has established herself as a strong individual contributor, valued teammate, and dedicated representative of STAR in the community. Her experience and leadership have played an important role in strengthening STAR’s Treasury Management capabilities and supporting its clients.
In 2026, Glunt was named to the Indianapolis Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 class, recognizing her professional accomplishments, leadership and commitment to the community.
Glunt’s promotion reflects STAR’s continued focus on developing strong leaders and investing in the expertise needed to serve its clients and communities well into the future.
