STAR Financial Bank announced the promotion of Lisa Keirns to Vice President of Mortgage Banking, recognizing her strong performance, industry expertise and commitment to serving STAR clients.
In her new role, Keirns will lead STAR’s mortgage loan origination team and oversee the overall financial performance of the bank’s mortgage department. She will focus on supporting and developing STAR’s team of mortgage bankers while helping position the department for continued growth and success.

Keirns has spent the past nine years as a mortgage banker with STAR and brings more than 20 years of banking experience to her new position.
Throughout her tenure, she has built a strong track record of helping individuals and families navigate the process of buying a home, one of the most significant financial decisions they will make.
Her experience working directly with mortgage clients provides valuable perspective as she steps into this leadership role. Her firsthand insight into the homebuying process will help guide her approach to managing STAR’s mortgage team and shaping the bank’s overall mortgage strategy. This includes product direction, market approach, and program development, while ensuring client needs remain at the center of the bank’s approach.
