Reid Health has earned Mental Health America's (MHA) Bell Seal certification, which recognizes organizations that are committed to creating mentally healthy workplaces.
MHA is the nation's leading community-based nonprofit dedicated to promoting mental health, well-being, and illness prevention. MHA has spent decades researching mental health in the workplace and introduced the Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health in 2019 to recognize organizations that value and implement policies and practices that support employee mental health and well-being.
The Bell Seal recognizes employers that advance in workplace mental health by awarding Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum recognitions. Reid -- a Gold recipient for 2025 -- underwent a rigorous evaluation of its policies and practices in four areas: workplace culture, benefits, compliance, and wellness programs.
"Being named a Bell Seal recipient affirms Reid's ongoing commitment to employee mental health and well-being," said Randi Whitesel, Director of Occupational Medicine/Employee Wellness for Reid.
"We're committed to providing the best for our team, and we look forward to continuing our work to ensure they receive the support they need to provide the highest-quality care possible for the communities we serve."
