The Regional Development Company is pleased to announce that Dan Toll has joined the team in the position of Credit Officer. Toll comes to the RDC with 30 years of lending experience; most recently with the US Small Business Administration at the 504 loan processing center. He has a B.A. from Princeton University and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
