Old National Promotes Rubio to NWI Market President

Rubio. Old National BankOld National Bank has announced the promotion of Moncia Rubio to Northwest Indiana Market President. In this role, she will direct the Old National community and team member engagement strategy for the greater Northwest Indiana area.

Monica will continue to focus on increasing lending and investment activities for women- and minority-owned businesses for Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana. With more than 26 years of banking experience in various roles, she most recently served as Vice President, Community Market Manager for Old National, overseeing and managing the performance of multiple banking center managers. Monica is passionate about helping individuals, businesses and communities achieve financial success, driving business development opportunities and working closely with ONB’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion team.

Extremely community focused, she serves on the boards of the Lakeshore Chamber of Commerce, H.A.S.T (Hammond Academy of Science & Technology), and Old National Bank Charitable Foundation. Monica is a commissioner for the City of Hammond Economic Development Commission, and the Hammond Sanitary District. She serves as a National Co-Chair for Old National Bank Hispanic/Latino Impact Network Group and is an Associate & Community Engagement Co-Chair for the Northwest Indiana market.
