Notre Dame Federal Credit Union (Notre Dame FCU) has promoted Daniel Rodriguez to Regional Director, Midwest Diocesan Development, and Nate Shaw to Regional Director, Northwest Indiana Business Development. Both bring extensive experience in business development, lending, and financial services, strengthening the credit union’s commitment to providing innovative financial solutions to Member/Owners.
Rodriguez has a background in nonprofit banking, small business and commercial lending, and private banking. A Whiting, Indiana native, he has worked extensively in Lake, Porter, and Cook counties, building strong relationships with businesses and nonprofit organizations. Rodriguez serves on the Board of Directors for the Northwest Indiana Catholic Foundation for the Diocese of Gary, furthering his dedication to community engagement.

Shaw brings a wealth of experience in business development, lending, and relationship management. His experience in financial services, contract negotiations, and business consulting positions him well to drive growth and strengthen Notre Dame FCU’s market presence.
