The Northwest Indiana Forum recently hired Teresa Jarratt as the new Grants and Operations Coordinator. Jarratt will be playing a key role in supporting the office operations, conducting grant research, and assisting in managing the Forum’s involvement with the READI grants.

A graduate of the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Jarratt also holds a post-baccalaureate Paralegal Certificate from Boston University. Most recently, she served as the Finance and Grants Management Director at The Caring Place in Valparaiso, IN, where she spent nearly five years overseeing finance, grants, human resources, and purchasing. In this capacity, she built valuable relationships with corporations, donors, and other non-profit organizations.

Jarratt’s career has also spanned the healthcare and construction industries focusing on accounting and project management while living in both metro Detroit and Northwest Indiana. For the past 15+ years, she has made Northwest Indiana her home and is enthusiastic about contributing to the region’s continued growth through her new role at The Forum.

“We are excited to welcome Teresa to the Northwest Indiana Forum team as our new Grants and Operations Coordinator,” said Heather Ennis, President and CEO of the Northwest Indiana Forum. “Her experience, attention to detail, and deep ties to the Region will be essential in advancing our operations and driving economic growth and collaboration throughout Northwest Indiana.”
