Netfor has completed its move into the Fishers Tech Park, more than tripling its available space. With all the extra room, Netfor is on track to add more than 100 new jobs by 2021.
Now located at 12115 Visionary Way, Suite 100, in Fishers, Netfor invested $4 million to lease and equip a 17,500-square-foot office space three times the size of its previous location.
"At our core, Netfor uses caring team members, best practices and the newest technology to improve the customer experience and keep clients productive," said Netfor CEO and Founder Jeff Medley. "We handle more than 80,000 calls per month and have provided tier-one help desk and customer care service for more than 23 years. Now, we are expanding our services into the rapidly-growing software as a service (SaaS), Internet of Things (IoT) and cloud industries, so we needed an updated space and equipment with more room for a growing team. We look forward to our future in the Fishers Tech Park, building a partner program with trusted companies and helping them meet evolving business needs and growing client demands."
Netfor has been improving the customer experience for their clients since 1995. With technical support expertise in health care, retail, life sciences, government and logistics, Netfor supports over 7,000 locations through their field services network throughout the U.S., Mexico, Canada and Puerto Rico, handling over one million support requests annually.
The Indiana Economic Development Corporation offered Netfor up to $340,000 in conditional tax credits and up to $25,000 in training grants based on the company’s job creation plans. These incentives are performance-based, meaning until Hoosiers are hired, the company is not eligible to claim incentives. The city of Fishers will consider additional incentives.
