MonoSol announced the addition of two production lines to its manufacturing facility in Lebanon, Indiana, that will create 25 additional jobs. Recruitment for the new positions is underway, where production workers will earn competitive wages and comprehensive benefits.
Opened in February 2020, MonoSol’s high-tech facility manufactures water-soluble films for popular brands of home and laundry cleaning products which have experienced strong demand increases in recent years and have further increased during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Lebanon facility is the company’s fourth manufacturing plant in Indiana and sixth globally.

MonoSol offers highly competitive wages with exceptional benefits for eligible employees, including comprehensive health care plans (individuals and family) and incentive compensation (401k) and profit sharing). New team members can earn from $19.00 to $36.00 per hour, based on role and experience.
