Mohr Capital, a privately held real estate investment firm, announced the sale of Lot 6, a 1,057,350-square-foot industrial facility within Mohr Logistics Park in Whiteland, Johnson County. Terms of the transaction and the buyer are not publicly disclosed.
Located at 5741 North Graham Road, approximately 20 miles south of Indianapolis, Lot 6 offers modern bulk warehouse space with 40-foot clear heights designed to accommodate large-scale industrial users. The property, currently occupied by Cummins, underscores its ability to support the operational needs of major industrial tenants. Mohr Capital will retain ownership of the remainder of Mohr Logistics Park and continue its long-term investment in the development.
“Lot 6 represents an important chapter in the continued growth of Mohr Logistics Park,” said Gary Horn, chief development officer of Mohr Capital. “From developing the facility to rebuilding it following the 2023 tornado, our team and partners demonstrated tremendous focus and resilience. This transaction reflects the quality of the asset we delivered and the strength of our long-term vision for the park.”
Originally completed in 2022, Lot 6 sustained significant damage when an EF-3 tornado struck Whiteland in April 2023. Despite the severity of the storm, no injuries occurred at the facility. Mohr Capital moved quickly alongside its construction partners to assess the property and begin reconstruction, ultimately rebuilding the more than one-million-square-foot facility on its original foundation.
Lot 6 is part of Mohr Logistics Park, Mohr Capital’s master-planned industrial development in Whiteland. Covering approximately 475 acres, the park is strategically located along the I-65 corridor and was master planned for nearly 7 million square feet of industrial space.
