Posted

Michuda Construction is set to redefine graduate student living across from the University of Notre Dame with its ambitious renovation of Campus Courts, soon to be known as "The Bend." This extensive project promises a complete transformation of 97 residential units into an elevated living experience, tailored specifically for the needs of graduate students.

In collaboration with a local design firm, Shive-Hattery Architects, and Notre Dame Alumni Owned, Via Architects of Chicago, Michuda Construction is not only refreshing the exteriors but also revamping the parking facilities and creating state-of-the-art resident amenities spaces. The project, characterized by its aggressive timeline, involves two months of meticulous pre-construction planning followed by just 10 weeks of construction activities. This rapid pace underscores Michuda's commitment to efficiency and excellence.

Located just a stone's throw from the university, "The Bend" is poised to significantly enhance the living experience for Notre Dame's graduate students, offering them convenience and quality right at their doorstep. By the completion of this project, "The Bend" will stand as a testament to Michuda Construction's dedication to transforming communities and fostering premier student housing for developers and universities.
