With 20 years of experience in commercial, residential, and civil construction, Matt brings a wealth of expertise to this key leadership role. His background includes over 15 years of leading operations across both public and private sectors, with a recent focus on building envelope, lighting, water efficiency, and solar projects.
Matt holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Administration from Valparaiso University and is recognized for his commitment to innovation, continuous improvement, and employee development. His leadership approach focuses on achieving operational success while prioritizing the growth and well-being of team members, understanding that a strong, supported team delivers exceptional customer service.
