Northland Laboratories, a Matrix Sciences company, has announced the opening of a new depot location in Merrillville, Indiana. This location, strategically located in the Northwest Indiana area, will service the northern half of Indiana, Southern Michigan, and far Southeast Chicagoland areas with Northland’s expanding reach of local geographic coverage for the area.
“We have been increasingly finding the need for local expertise, personalized attention and support for the food industry, particularly in the Northern Indiana and South Michigan geographies,” states D.J. Alwattar, Chief Marketing and Sales Officer of Matrix Sciences. "Our commitment to quality and service to this geography not only continues, but it expands with our additional investment."
The depot location will serve as a central hub for the local geography to have local sample pick up, drop off, and client support for testing needs where timing and handling are sensitive.
