The community is invited to join Havyn Homes for a special St. Jude Dream Home® Showplace Stud Signing Event on 3-5 p. m. Aug. 13 at the Valparaiso's first-ever St Jude Dream Home Showplace, located at 1859 Lambrusco Dr.
For a small donation to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®, guests will have the opportunity to sign one of the home’s framing studs before the walls go up. Each signature will become a permanent part of the home—a heartfelt reminder of the community’s support for the children and families served by St. Jude.
Whether you write your name, a message of encouragement, or a prayer, every signed stud represents hope and helps advance the mission of St. Jude: finding cures and saving children. Because of generous supporters, families receiving treatment at St. Jude never receive a bill for treatment, travel, housing, or food, allowing them to focus entirely on helping their child heal.

The Stud Signing Event is open to the public and offers a unique opportunity to visit the St. Jude Dream Home® Showplace during construction and become a lasting part of its story. Before the walls are closed, guests can leave their signature or a message of hope on the home’s framing studs, creating a meaningful legacy that will remain within the home for years to come. Friends, families, neighbors, local businesses, and all supporters of St. Jude are warmly invited to attend and help build hope for the children and families served by St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®.
