FORUM Credit Union announces an organizational promotion and new hire within its technology and auditing teams.
Karri Gates has been promoted to Assistant Vice President - Project Management in the Technology Department. She has been with FORUM since December 2006 and has served in various roles including Contact Center Manager, Retail Delivery Project Manager, Core Conversion Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager. She received her Bachelor of Science from Indiana State University, her Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern Indiana, and her Master Certificate in Applied Project Management from Villanova University. She is currently a member of the Indiana State University Alumni Association and she is a member/volunteer for the Fishers High School Gridiron Club. In her new role, Karri will drive FORUM’s technology project management strategy and lead many of the complex projects that support FORUM’s business plan and operations.
In addition, Ben Rader was recently hired as Information Security Manager within FORUM’s Auditing Department in May 2024. Ben has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Indianapolis and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity from Purdue University. He previously worked as an Information Security and Data Privacy Analyst at OPENLANE in Carmel.
