Ferrer Mechanical & Electrical, a 100% team-owned company serving the Greater Indianapolis area, has relocated its headquarters to a new facility in Indianapolis to accommodate growth as well as bring together its team and its residential partner, Cooper’s Water, under one roof.
The company has moved from 2801 Fortune Circle East, Suite F and 5604 Fortune Circle South, Suite D to a new location at 3131 N. Franklin Road, Suite A1, Indianapolis.
The new 68,415-square-foot facility allows Ferrer to expand its capabilities across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sheet metal fabrication, refrigeration, drain services, piping, and water conditioning while creating greater alignment across operations.
“Bringing our teams together in one location has been a goal for some time now,” said Kris Griffith, President. “This move allows us to collaborate more closely and operate more efficiently to better serve customers across Central Indiana.”
Ferrer continues to invest in its people, tools, infrastructure, and partnerships to better serve customers across Central Indiana. The new location reflects that focus and positions the company for continued growth.
