Commercial real estate firm 92c Partners announced an evolution in its ownership and executive leadership structure. Kara Riggle, co-founder and longtime President of 92c Partners, is now the firm’s sole owner, while Sarah Rodgers has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer.

As sole Owner and President, Riggle will continue to lead the firm’s strategic direction, growth initiatives, and key client relationships. Since co-founding 92c Partners, Riggle has played an instrumental role in building the firm’s market presence, expanding its advisory capabilities, and establishing its reputation for highly responsive, client-focused service.
