The Building Indiana Media Group and its parent company Diversified Marketing Strategies (DMS) have relocated to a new headquarters just a mile south of their former location in Crown Point, IN. Now based at 1255 Erie Court, the publication is poised for future growth with roughly triple the amount of available space it occupied at its former location.
“As we explored options for where we would relocate, we remained committed to the rapidly-growing and robust city of Crown Point,” said Andrea Pearman, publisher and owner. “This city is not only our home, it’s a community that has enabled the success of our company and many of our associates. We’re proud to continue to invest here and we look forward to this new chapter of Building Indiana’s history.”
The new two-story location has been retrofitted and custom-designed to fit the growing needs of both companies, with more available space for conferencing, storage, drafting and design, and additional available space for a yet-to-be determined additional number of employees. The company’s total investment in the new facility has not been publicly disclosed.
“The new office is a huge win for our team, as we had been increasingly exceeding the confines of our previous location,” said Nick Dmitrovich, editor. “Now, we’ll be able to continue delivering high-quality Indiana business and economic development news to our readers all over the state more efficiently and comfortably than ever.”
