BMWC Promotes Keneson to Director

BMWC announced the promotion of Mike Keneson to director of project services. In this role, Keneson will be responsible for estimating, procurement, project controls and training across the entire organization.

During his 18-year career with BMWC, Keneson has worked to develop successful execution strategies tackling some of BMWC’s most challenging projects across the nation. Keneson’s accomplishments in all aspects of proposal development, project execution, subcontractor management and his experience across a broad range of industries combined with his passion and commitment to provide career develop opportunities for others make him uniquely qualified for this position. In this role, Keneson will report to Bart Maple, Vice President of Operations.

The company also announced an additional employee promotion and issued congratulations for the retirement of another:

• Ken Miles was promoted to operations manager. In this role, Miles will be responsible for all construction operations in the newly combined service territories of BMWC’s Midwestern regional offices (Indianapolis, Chicagoland, Toledo). Miles’s promotion capitalizes on his strengths developed over 30+ years serving the construction industry as both an owner and contractor in applying a disciplined, consistent approach to all facets of project execution while also creating an expanded Midwestern team for the future that is poised to support BMWC’s corporate vision of continual controlled growth into a larger geographic client base.
• BMWC recognized Keith Brennan for his 35+ years of service to BMWC, most recently as general manager of the Indianapolis office, and congratulated him on his retirement. Brennan’s career is one of the longest and most dedicated in the 65+ year history of the company. BMWC thanked him for his decades long mentorship of the next generation, his willingness to take on some of the largest projects in the company’s history, and his overall example of the work ethic that is necessary in today’s construction industry.
