BMWC Constructors, Inc. Announces Succession Plan

Posted

BMWC Constructors, Inc. (BMWC), a leading industrial construction company, announced the following leadership changes as it continues its strategic growth plan:

Ken Miles, BMWC’s vice president of corporate construction, retired at the end of 2024. Ken was responsible for BMWC’s Midwest and North Carolina construction operations and was integral in BMWC’s recent growth and expansion into new markets. During his tenure, the company saw significant growth in these regions, creating the need for BMWC’s leadership team to identify two individuals to lead these regions and continue the company’s growth and success. As of January 1, 2025, Ken Miles has handed over the reins to Eric Delaney and Michael Culbertson, both of whom were promoted to vice president of operation.

Eric Delaney started as a project engineer at BMWC in 1996. Throughout his 28-year career, Eric progressed through the project engineer and project manager ranks and most recently served as project director. His experience includes managing refining, chemical, pharmaceutical, and power generation projects. As vice president of operations, Eric will be based in BMWC’s Munster, IN office and responsible for construction operations for the Munster, IN, Toledo, OH, and Evansville, IN offices.

Michael Culbertson joined BMWC in 2007 as a project engineer. He progressed through the project engineer ranks and was promoted to project manager in 2016. As project manager, Michael was responsible for maintenance and capital project management for a pharmaceutical manufacturing client. During his tenure as project manager and account manager, he successfully managed some of the most critical, time-to-market-driven projects and led BMWC’s expansion into North Carolina. As vice president of operations, Michael will be based in the Indianapolis office and responsible for Central Indiana and North Carolina construction operations.

Delaney and Culbertson joined BMWC’s Executive Leadership Team and report to Bart Maple, BMWC’s Executive Vice President and COO.
