Midwest precision glass fabricator Moag is now fully operational in its new 50,000-square-foot manufacturing facility located in Harrison County’s Lanesville Business Park. The new facility offers increased capacity and features state of the art equipment that provides fast, precision glass fabrication, as well as brighter lighting to increase facility safety.

Machinery investments include:

  • A NorthGlass Tempering Furnace from HHH Tempering Resources to provide top quality interior and exterior tempered glass.
  • An Intermac automated double edging machine and cutting table to automate and optimize glass processing.
  • Keraglass LAMI 180/400 combi 4/2 —Architectural glass lamination equipment
  • Additional lifting equipment to increase efficiencies at the plant.

“We designed the new facility to expedite the glass fabrication process. From the time raw glass arrives at the loading dock until completed projects are carefully crated for delivery, we’re leveraging the building and machinery investments to push glass quality and speed to the next level. Plus, our new location just off Interstate 64 offers easy access to our growing customer base and allows us to provide precision glass tempering and fabrication services to more businesses throughout the greater Ohio River Valley,” said Cameron Moag, President/CEO of Moag.

Educational lunch and learn events and facility tours are provided to architects, millwork, retail design, contract furnishing, and construction professionals. Teams and professional associations interested in tours can email sales@jcmoag.com.
