Organizers of the 2026 Hard Hat Charity Golf Outing have announced the four local nonprofits selected to receive donations from the proceeds of this year’s event.
Held annually by the Northwest Indiana Business RoundTable (NWIBRT), the golf outing is a premier two-day event that invites business representatives, community partners and industry stakeholders for a round of golf, networking and the opportunity to raise funds in support of charities throughout the region.
The 2026 Hard Hat Charity Golf Outing recipients are:
“The highly anticipated Hard Hat golf outing lasts just two days each year, but the support it generates helps these outstanding nonprofit organizations make a meaningful difference in the lives of Northwest Indiana residents every day,” said Robert Joseph of ArcelorMittal USA Research and Chairman of NWIBRT’s Executive Committee. “We are honored to support their missions and the incredible impact they have in our communities.”
NWIBRT’s Hard Hat Charity Golf Outing has become a popular event over the years, bringing together nearly 500 participants from Northwest Indiana’s most notable companies. Last year, the event raised over $84,000 for the 2025 nonprofit recipients. This year’s event is set for 7 a.m.-4 p.m. Sept. 17-18, 2026, at the White Hawk Country Club in Crown Point.
