

Rieth-Riley Construction Acquires Phend & Brown, Inc.
Rieth-Riley Construction Co., Inc. acquired Phend & Brown, Inc. of Milford, Indiana on December 15, 2021. This new acquisition further strengthens Rieth-Riley’s operations in north central Indiana. The joining of these two long-standing and very compatible companies will provide continuity of the same high quality work and customer service that their customers have come to expect.
Phend & Brown is a qualified federal, state and local highway asphalt producer and site work contractor in northern Indiana. They have been a long standing and highly respected family company, servicing both public and private customers throughout the north central Indiana region since 1922.
