Rieth-Riley Announces Three Executive Promotions

Rieth-Riley Construction Co., Inc. announced three executive leadership promotions.

Chad Loney has been promoted to vice president of operations overseeing all Rieth-Riley construction operations. He began his career with the company as a summer intern during his sophomore year at Michigan State University. Loney became a full-time employee upon his graduation from Michigan State as an Engineer/Estimator in the company’s Big Rapids area.

Over the years, Loney ascended the ranks at Rieth-Riley from engineer/estimator, area manager, assistant VP of Michigan, and most recently, regional VP Michigan. He and his family reside in the Rockford, MI area.

 


Jim Pemberton has been promoted to area manager of Rieth-Riley’s Petoskey, MI operations. Pemberton began his career in the construction industry in 1996 upon graduation from Michigan Technological University.

Pemberton worked for H&D Inc. in Petoskey, MI until H&D was acquired by Rieth-Riley in 2005. Over his years of employment with Rieth-Riley, Pemberton ascended the ranks from estimator to senior project manager. He and his family reside in the Petoskey, MI area.

 


Todd Colberg has been promoted to regional vice president overseeing Rieth-Riley’s Michigan operations. Colberg began his career in the construction industry in 1991 upon graduation from Central Michigan University.

In 2004, Colberg began working for H&D Inc. in Petoskey, MI. In 2005, Rieth-Riley acquired H&D. In 2007, Colberg was named as Rieth-Riley’s Petoskey area manager. He retained the Area Manager role until this promotion. He and his family reside in the Petoskey, MI area.
