“We look forward to partnering with Goodwill and creating a pathway for individuals in our community who will receive real-world construction experience while building safe and affordable housing,” shared Greg Conrad, President and Executive Director of Habitat for Humanity of Elkhart County.

This partnership is vital to the immediate needs of our community members, while providing vital training opportunities to those who want to pursue a career in the Construction Trade.

The construction industry is short nearly a million people to fill much needed roles. The combination of classroom learning, and on-the-job training provided by Habitat for Humanity will give the students an excellent base of knowledge that employers are in desperate of obtaining. I’m excited to share my 30+ years of knowledge in the construction industry to help those that are looking for a great future in the construction industry.”
