Chester Inc. Announces Two New Hires

Chester Inc. is pleased to announce two new hires have joined the company: architect Joe DeCenzo and sales engineer Tony Hart. DeCenzo studied architecture at Rhode Island School of Design in Providence and practiced in Boston, Phoenix, Portland (Oregon), and rural Maine for the next twelve years. After graduating from Notre Dame Law School in 2013, he worked as an attorney in private practice, and as a municipal lawyer for the City of San Antonio, TX handling land use issues including zoning, platting, land entitlements and historic preservation.

Prior to Joining the Chester Inc. team as a sales engineer, Hart worked for Rudd Asset Management as a consultant on large scale projects. Tony attended Purdue University in West Lafayette.

For nearly 70 years, Chester Inc. has been redefining architecture, construction, technology, and agriculture.
